This policy explains how EDGE Football AI Ltd ("EDGE", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on edgefootball.ai and our web-based services. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data, including your rights and international transfers.
Young players can start with Your privacy, in simple words, including what happens when you choose to play a YouTube video.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Websites can also store or read information using local storage, session storage, scripts and other technologies. These can support functions such as signing in, remembering your choices, measuring visits and playing videos. In this policy, references to cookies include these similar technologies where relevant.
A cookie can last for a browsing session or remain for a longer period. Some browser storage has no automatic expiry unless we set one. The storage register below explains the technologies used by EDGE and their retention periods.
2. Your choices
We use essential technologies to deliver the functions you request, protect the service and remember your privacy choices. Google Analytics, referral tracking cookies, Marker.io visual feedback, Microsoft Clarity and session replay are disabled. They are not enabled by accepting cookies, creating an account or subscribing.
Cookie settings let you allow or reject optional external video. Each embedded video also needs a deliberate choice to play it before a connection to YouTube is made. A stored choice does not automatically play another video. You can withdraw video permission at any time in Cookie settings, which stops active embeds.
Rejecting optional tools does not prevent you from signing in or using EDGE's core service. An optional feature, such as an external video, may remain unavailable until you choose to enable it.
Continuing to browse, creating an account, paying for a subscription or accepting our Terms does not count as cookie consent. Cookie consent also does not give permission to use match footage or player information for AI model training.
For a child under 13 using parent-managed access, a parent or legal guardian must authorise optional processing where we rely on consent. Parents and guardians should help younger players understand external-video choices. A video activation is separate from the parent’s permission for EDGE’s AI features; it does not enable AI, analytics or referral tracking.
Paying for access does not choose optional tracking settings for a player. A parent’s previous video activation does not automatically activate a video in the child’s separate session. Signing out or changing the signed-in account clears active video playback.

Optional tracking is disabled on both public and private EDGE pages, including annotation pages. These controls apply to parent, child and individual accounts.
These safeguards apply to information about all players under 18, including where an account is managed by a parent or guardian.
Do not put player information, match footage, passwords or other confidential information into general feedback. You can contact hello@edgefootball.ai for help without enabling visual feedback tools.
4. Storage register
The register below identifies the cookies and browser storage used by EDGE, who provides them, their purposes, when they are used and how long they remain. Retention in a provider's systems can differ from a cookie's lifetime; our Privacy Policy explains personal-data retention.
This table is generated from cookie and browser storage names detected where available. Values are never displayed. Some HttpOnly, server-side, or third-party cookies may not be visible to this page.

If the register includes a browser-visibility check, it shows names and availability only, never stored values. Some cookies cannot be read by this page, including cookies protected by the HttpOnly setting and cookies on another provider's domain. "Not visible in this browser" does not mean that a technology has never been used or that no data has been sent.
5. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Open Cookie settings to withdraw external-video permission. EDGE stops active embedded players and saves the changed choice. This does not erase information already received by a provider or cookies on a provider’s own domain. Legacy optional tracking storage under EDGE’s control is cleared where accessible; browser settings provide additional controls.
Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. To ask about personal data already collected, contact privacy@edgefootball.ai. Your rights, including when you can ask for deletion, are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Cookie choices normally apply to the browser and device where you make them. You may need to make a separate choice in another browser or on another device. If you clear browser storage, we may need to ask for your choice again.
6. Browser settings and external services
Your browser also lets you inspect, block or delete cookies and other site data. Blocking essential storage can affect signing in, security or features you request. Browser controls are an additional option; you can use EDGE's Cookie settings without changing your browser settings.
When you follow a link to another service, that service's privacy and cookie information applies to your use of its website. This does not replace EDGE's responsibility for tools that we load on our own pages.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this policy and its effective date when our use of these technologies changes. Where a new purpose or material change requires a new choice, we ask before enabling it. A policy update alone does not turn on optional tools.
